珠江物業鄭州分公司
為弘揚雷鋒精神
增強奉獻意識
組織各項目服務中心
開展“學雷鋒”系列主題活動

學雷鋒活動之清洗地墊
在陳砦新區、新合鑫觀悅
金源第一城、金源城上城項目
物業工作人員
提前準備好場地、水源及工具
業主們陸陸續續
帶著各式各樣的地墊來到活動現場
雷鋒志愿者們開始忙中有序的清洗工作
從地墊打濕、撒地毯專用清洗劑
排刷清刷、高壓水槍清洗，滴水晾干
一個步驟不落的進行“洗刷刷”
看著大家干得熱火朝天
感受著雷鋒精神
有些業主也不由自主地加入其中
還說：在家不方便清洗地墊
也不方便晾曬
這次活動為我們解決了這個難題

學雷鋒活動之義務磨刀
曾幾何時
磨菜刀、磨剪子的吆喝聲
成為大街小巷獨特的音符
如今，這個老行當
僅存在80、90后的記憶里
這次雷鋒月主題活動
普羅旺世二期、四期、金源城上城項目
詢問踏訪老手藝人
給園區的業主們義務磨刀
一條板凳、一塊磨刀石、一臺打磨機
設備不多，占地不大
業主送來的剪子、菜刀很快排起隊
現場，師傅拿起一把鈍了的菜刀
先仔細打量沾水，再來回打磨
刀刃慢慢變得鋒利起來
業主拿著磨好的菜刀，開心地說
感謝物業開展的學雷鋒活動

工作人員在日常走訪中
經常聽到業主說
眼睛看不清楚，睡眠也不好
為了給這些受健康困擾的業主提供幫助
普羅旺世三期、五期和六期項目
聯合相關醫療機構，開展愛心義診
活動現場，醫護人員面帶微笑
熱情接待前來義診的業主
一對一為患者提供健康咨詢
發放印有健康教育的宣傳材料
并為前來咨詢的患者
免費測量血壓
參與活動的業主絡繹不絕

日常工作中
各項目工作人員
遇到業主需要幫忙
都會積極主動協助
搬抬重物，照看老人孩子
喂養寵物，尋找丟失的物品
遇到喜事，沿路鋪滿紅地毯
……
工作人員的熱心幫助
也贏得了園區業主的紛紛稱贊
還有一些業主感動之余
